Sachin also holds the record for scoring the maximum number of runs in one Day Internationals and that easily surpasses the 10 thousand mark. In fact he is inching towards the 15 thousand run mark and needs just about 40 runs to achieve that. Thais is one cricket record that will need some time to be broken.
