         <title>How to Hit a Golf Ball With a Driver</title>
         <link>http://article-sport.info/golf/news_2007-09-05-06-16-02-565.html</link>
<description> I see many people stand on the tee with their nice new 460cc Driver that they have just purchased from the Pro Shop because they saw it in a magazine. By the third tee it might as well have stayed in the shop because people struggle to hit the lower percentage drivers as well as the higher ones. Here are a few tips on how to hit a golf ball with a driver: 1. When preparing the tee have it sit higher than normal. It used to be that you set the ball to be in the middle of the club face, now however with the larger drivers it is better if the ball is around three quarters the height of the club.

         <title>Personalize Your Golf Balls</title>
         <link>http://article-sport.info/golf/news_2007-09-05-04-20-02-259.html</link>
<description> Every year, for a special family member, we try to find a special gift that represents our appreciation and that is something they will find useful. If that person plays golf you may have already purchased that special golf sweater, shoes or golf cap. Something that fits the bill, something they will use, something that they will show off proudly. Personalized golf balls may just be the ticket. The golfer&#039;s name, motivational sayings, a company&#039;s logo, or other individualized messaging can be inscribed, you decide how to make them unique for your special golfer.

         <title>Putting - For Fun or Not?</title>
         <link>http://article-sport.info/golf/news_2007-09-05-03-32-02-573.html</link>
<description> Introduction Putting at golf is a feeling process. Some say it is the only shot that&#039;s possible to execute without flaws (I don&#039;t know many golfers who would agree with that! ). However, I think that there is absolutely no doubt that it is a far more complicated process than just being a straight line, hit the target, shot. Given the variables involved, such as the state of the green (some are a bit of a lottery, are they not?), lie of the ball, the amount of borrow, distance from the hole, weather conditions and even mental condition, it can be argued that putting is both an art and a science.

<title>A Basic Technique That Will Almost Certainly Improve Your Putting</title>
         <link>http://article-sport.info/golf/news_2007-09-05-02-00-05-708.html</link>
<description> Golfers, all over the world, want to improve their putt. This is partly generated by the false impression we have that good golfers smile at the sternest putting challenge and sink their ball whenever theres an audience. (Not true, of course, as pro golfers miss as many putts as they get. Like us lesser mortals.) There is a second reason for this inner pressure to putt perfectly. We remember our near misses on the green but forget our mistakes out on the fairway. Turn this into some positive practice routines because I am pleased to be able to tell you, you can improve your putt.

<title>Here s How To Massively Lift Your Golf Putt With A Simple Training Routine</title>
         <link>http://article-sport.info/golf/news_2007-09-05-01-12-02-267.html</link>
<description> There&#039;s a desire in the heart of any serious golfer to putt better. Some of this is because there&#039;s a notion out there that good golfers smile at the sternest putting challenge and sink their ball effortlessly. (Completely not right, obviously. Pro golfers are better than us, but they also miss plenty of putts! ) It&#039;s also due to the fact that we concentrate when we&#039;re putting. I mean, most of us hardly ever condemn ourselves when what we hoped would be a massive drive falls short by four yards.

         <title>How To Correct A Golf Slice</title>
         <link>http://article-sport.info/golf/news_2007-09-05-00-16-05-356.html</link>
<description> For a golf slice to happen, two conditions must be present. Firstly, the club face is open when it hit the golf ball. Secondly, the golf club travels a out-to-in path. In other words, the golf club cut across the target line instead of moving along target line. So to cure your golf slice, you have to eliminate these two conditions during impact. There are few ways to overcome the problem. 1. Use a stronger grip Slicing is caused by a open club face. A stronger grip will make it easier to close the club face during impact.

         <title>How to Swing a Golf Club</title>
         <link>http://article-sport.info/golf/news_2007-09-04-23-20-02-687.html</link>
<description> As an intermediate golfer i am concerned all the time about inconsistency, slicing and distance. However, I also know that Golf is one of the most difficult game to master and most golfers like me often don&#039;t have the time to put into it nor the time to practice to significantly improve it. Some key elements to play Golf well are good hand-eye coordination, good balance, knowledge of Golf swing bio-mechanics, some athletic abilities and little creativity. However, understanding the Golf swing, or how to swing a Golf club, is one of the most important key elements and the first step you can take towards improvement.

         <link>http://article-sport.info/golf/news_2007-09-04-22-20-02-314.html</link>
<description> Some people will do anything to improve their game of golf and to do this you have to learn the golf swing mechanics. This can range from warming up properly to the swing itself, but it is the best way to go if you are determined to improve your game. Proper grip is of great importance as are all other facets of this game. You also need to know how important you&#039;re thinking or lack there of can affect your game. Practice until you have your swing down pat so that you can consistently hit the ball longer and straighter and with all around accuracy.
